Chef Jonathan Eizenshtein

Jonathan’s love for cooking began in his mother’s kitchen, where he was free to explore, experiment, and create without limits. The early culinary spark turned into a lifelong passion that has guided Jonathan for more than 25 years in the world of gastronomy.
His professional career started in a restaurant that employed cooks with special needs, which is an experience that forever shaped his perspective. It taught him the power of patience, collaboration, and the joy that food can bring to people, no matter their background or ability.
In New York City, Jonathan had the privilege of working alongside the industry’s most inspiring chefs including the renowned Daniel Boulud and François Payard, whose mentorship have helped refine his approach to technique, precision, and flavor.
Over the past two decades, Jonathan has developed a deep expertise in Mediterranean and French cuisine with a special passion for pastry. He treasures the fine, intricate details that transform a dish into a lasting memory.
Eizeneats was born in a one-bedroom NYC apartment after the birth of Jonathan’s first daughter. What began as a simple idea, to make life easier and healthier for busy families, quickly grew into a full culinary operation. Together with his wife Ariel, Jonathan expanded Eizeneats to specialize in family-style meal prep, catering, and events.
Every dish is thoughtfully prepared, perfectly balanced, and infused with Jonathan’s commitment to quality, unique flavors, and love. With Eizeneats, Chef Jonathan brings his passion for food directly to your table.
